Crystal Palace or Another Restaurant At MK on Labor Day ?

Ok we have already went to Crystal Palace this past year and really liked it. Others in my group are thinking they may want to try another restaurant. Which restaurant is one of the better ones or is Crystal Palace the best ? I was thinking Tony's around 7:00 pm, I know they will have the parade at 9:00 and I think wishes at 10:00 ? Would Tony's be a better choice for location on the parade and wishes ? Should we stick with Crystal Palace or choose another restaurant.

A) I wouldn't go to the MK on Labor Day itself - it will be the most crowded of the parks on that day (though it won't be like a summer crowd)

B) Location doesn't matter since you can't see the parade or Wishes from either restaurant unless you get a window seat and there are no construction walls or people standing in front of them, so it is 99% irrelevant

Your only choices are the CP (buffet), Tony's (Italian with very mixed reviews), CRT in the Castle (mixed reviews for dinner and pricey and hard to get), LTT (family style), or the Plaza (sandwiches from a glorified CS). Of the choices our favorite is LTT; I'm not a big fan of any for dinner, though.

My vote is for LTT. We had a great meal there in November and I wouldn't hesitate to go back again.
We just ate at CP a week ago and I really didn't enjoy it. The food is just average - nothing spectacular there imho.

I would stick with CP. Atleast it is buffet so there is something for everyone and you can eat as much as you want. I liked Tony's, but you will be near the park exit so if you plan on leaving after dinner and the parade it would be an easy exit. Don't plan on getting back to any of the rest of the park through that crowd during the parade.

If you want a change from CP then consider Liberty Tree Tavern. Not a character meal. I'd avoid Tony's because its really just not a great place to eat. You may want to read the dining reviews here when trying to decide.

I'd stick with Crystal Palace. The food has always been good there. LTT I don't really like for dinner, Tony's was disappointing the last time I ate there, the service at Plaza is horrible, and the ice cream I had was "freezer burned." CRT is all right, but unless you have princess fans, it's not really worth doing.

Thank you for the reviews link. Ok I changed it to Tony's and then back to Crystal Palace after reading reviews and I also went to wdweasy.com to check out the restaurants. They had Crystal Palace rated 2nd best at MK and Tony's 4th. So I will just stay with CP I think.

Tony's is by far the worst meal we've had in our 10 day trip. I asked my son out of the blue whats the worst restaurant at disney, he said Tony's without skipping a beat. Lol! It was gross. For an italian restaurant, they have disgusting/inedible tomato sauce. Absolutely horrifying.
I would DEFINITELY recommend Liberty Tree. Its a must for us on EVERY TRIP! I LOVE their dinner (all you can eat). Sooooooo yummy every single time. I cant say enough good things about it.
Crystal Palace is awesome too...always had a good meal there. If you want something different, try liberty tree. Otherwise, stick with CP.
