Crystal Palace lunch timing question?

Background:
So, we booked our ADR's at 180 days, and SURPRISE!, at 60 days the timing didn't work with our FP+ that we were able to get. Everything is for 10 people, so it its really difficult to change and I am expecting troubles getting day of FP+ for such a large group. We booked the first week of Dec as we thought that the crowds would be low then (11 months ago for renting g DVC points). Then we found out that ROTR is opening during our week, and everything is changed. With rented DVC points, we cannot change the time of our visit.

My issue:
We have Crystal Palace at noon. our first 2 FP+'s are Peter Pan and Buzz at 9:15 and 10:15. then we don't have 7DMT until 1:25-2:25. But then we have building a light sabre in DHS at 3:50 in Savi's. I am worried about having enough time for eating lunch at CP before getting on 7DMT. Then, worried about the commute time to DHS and arriving at Savi's in time to build the light sabers. What would you do? I have tried and had touring plans trying for weeks to get CP moved to 11:00 am. At less than 4 weeks now, it is not looking good for moving the reservation. This the the main restaurant that DD (perhaps only trip due to stress over the boys' allergies)) wants to eat in. Also, this is the only FP+ we have for 7DMT. Finally, this is the only time that I was able to get for Savi's.

Is there enough time to do it all? Or will we likely run into an issue? It looks possible to me if everything goes right, but too close for comfort and no wiggle room for if something goes wrong. Has anyone ever arrived an hour early for an ADR and managed to get seated right away instead of reservation time? Or would we just waste an hour of morning park time waiting on the benches at CP? Should we cancel 7DMT?

WWYD? Thanks for any advice.

I think you are fine. I've waited to be seated at CP, but not that long. Let's say you don't get seated until 12:30. I think that's extreme, but for this purpose, let's go with it. Let's then say it takes 1.5 hours for the meal. At 2, you leave and walk to 7DMT. We have gotten on and off that really fast any time we've had a FP, but there are 10 of you. 10 minutes walk there, 10 minute line, 2 minute ride. Rounding up, you are off the ride at 2:30. You do have to walk to the front of the park and get on the HS bus, which could be a bit long. You arrive at HS by 3:30, even waiting a bit for a bus. That gives you only 20 minutes to get in the park and walk back to the star wars section. That's tight but I've over estimated everything.

Speed it up by asking for the check early at CP, arrive by 11:45 and hopefully get seated much closer to noon than my over-estimate of 12:30. Finish eating closer to 1:15, and be done with 7DMT before 1:45. Then you have 2 hours to get to HS/star wars.

You are fine on timing. Crystal Palace is a buffet so you can eat right away; much less uncertainty on timing than at a menu-order place. If you are really worried, just cancel and do quick service for lunch that day.

Just make sure you have all your party at CP when you check in. Otherwise, they make you wait to check in until everyone is there.

To be on the safe side, I would ask for the check early on in the meal while explaining that you aren’t leaving. I think the worst case scenario is that you grab a couple of Minnie Vans to get to HS.
