Crystal palace lunch, then where to stand for parade?

Hi- we have a lunch res at Crystal Palace at 1:20pm, and parade is at 2pm. I’d like to try to see some of the parade as that will be our only shot. Any suggestions on best viewing options if we are walking out after parade has already started?

Wherever you can find a spot, assuming you actually get out before the parade is over.

You most likely will not even be seated till close to two o'clock. We have eaten there almost everytime we have gone. Son is fan of Eeyore and daughter is fan of piglet. We have always waited well beyond our reservation time. It is a character meal and the tables don't turn over as quickly as there reservation times would make you think. Long story short you will be watching the parade from Crystal Palace.

That would be a very expensive meal to rush. I would try to reschedule for an earlier time. So you only have one day at MK?

The parade will be over long before you are finished. They overbook this meal and once you’re in, it takes a long time for all the characters to visit. You need a 12:00 reservation to guarantee being out by 2:00.
