This is exactly what happened to me. Go somewhere else, and save your money!

Yes, Boma is same $, much better food, atmosphere, and server (Robert was the BEST)

I think I'll skip this one with a party of 3 if I ever have to do it again. We were crammed on a 2-top table , and another chair was brought over and the table turned 5 minutes after we were seated. Waitress was mediocre, dessert was the best part of the meal. Had to chase down Pooh, our table was skipped even though we were seated on the character rounds. I loved this on our last few visits, but were previously a party of 2. I've had better service, and a better experience overall in the past.

Pooh skipped us TWICE last Summer and it was during a birthday celebration too! Ugh. Pooh ~

We always eat here for dinner and have done breakfast here once . We perfer a light breakfast but it was very good now we do breakfst in the room. Dinner is wonderful and I can't wait to take my kids back . My Kids are 16 ,13 and 6 we all love tigger and pooh and have never had any issues with food there . Can't wait for July 31st for our dinner .

We enjoyed it very much, but our DD was 3 at the time. I would skip it if I were in your situation with older boys and later ressie.

We usually don't miss Crystal Palace. We think the breakfast buffet has a great variety and I love Pooh and friends. We took our 17 yo DS in 2002 and I got some great pictures with him and DH with Pooh and Eeyore. We had a great time! DH and I are trying Chef Mickey's this year but I'm going to miss Crystal Palace.

I like Crystal Palace and we go at least once per trip. I too must say absolutely not for you and your family.

I'd do an early lunch there during a natural break during the day, but I would NOT give up precious morning touring time to eat at a buffet. The food is fine, but mornings are for riding for us.
