We love CP for breakfast. And just like you we try to get an early ADR so that we can eat and then get started on our day. I don't think you will feel rushed at all. We had an 8:10 ADR and they probably didn't start sending the characters around we had been there about 5 or 10 minutes and then they were staggered so they all didn't come at once. The waitress told us the order they would be coming so we knew when to go to the buffet and when to stay put. As far as the food, I can't remember everything they had because it is a big variety. We had the usual eggs, bacon, sausage, and some really good potatoes. They also have an omelet station and miniature Mickey waffles. Then there were lots of pastries and my DS' favorite Krispy Kreme doughnuts.
