Crystal Palace Early Opening

When they extend park hours in the morning, do the restaurants open earlier too? Thought since it's a chance for Disney to make more money they might open restaurants early too...

We had an ADR for Crystal Palace for 8:25. Love before opening ADR's for all the reasons you do, but due to increased crowds last week of March MK is opening at 8. Now, I'm looking at my ADR time as prime park time and value that more than the Character Meet, especially b/c the parks are going to be very busy and we're only there a couple of days.

Sooo, do I keep trying to make an earlier ADR online or do the restaurants always keep the same opening time?

I'm pretty sure that Crystal Palace always opens at 8am....someone correct me if I'm wrong. However, if your ressie is at 8:25, arrive at 8am and see if they can seat you. I bet they can We have done this before and never had a problem.

Even on EMH days, Crystal Palace still opens at 8:00 am. Last year, we did the first ADR at 8:00, but we felt like our time would have been better served going on the rides first during EMH and then going for a later breakfast. That is what we are going to try this year at least.

You might already know this, but there is a separate line for those that have dining and BBB ressies...the line is over to the right. If I remember correctly, they let us in at 7:50 and we booked it over to BBB. We were at the gate around 7:30am and the line was already fairly long.

Agreed- that's why I like ADR's before the park opens. There's something magical about being in the park before it opens. Also, it feels like I'm getting extra magic time; we get to meet characters and start the day before we could even do anything else at the park. We go commando when the rope drops because you can get so much done and then slow down once the park get's crowded.

We have our first ADR at CRT that afternoon, so a late breakfast won't be an option this time, but great suggestion for other days.

CP always opens at 8:00. You can keep trying to get an earlier ADR online, but you could probably get to MK a little before 8 and see if they'll seat you. BTW, when we went there last month, they moved the line for early ADR's to the left.
