Yep, just like the pp said, those are only the 'kid-friendly' part of the buffet.
These items are available on a little, lower-to-the-floor, buffet counter on the end of the buffet with smaller plates stacked next to the 'kids' offerings.
Children are quite able to eat anything else off the 'adult' (full) buffet, and adults can choose items off the 'kid' section -
trust me, I eat the puffed french toast off the 'kid' section every time we go
Most WDW buffets are set up just like this, with a section set at a lower height stocked with 'kid' choices like mac-n-cheese or chicken strips, but everyone can eat from anything on the buffet.
