Crystal Palace Celebration Help!

This might be an odd request. But my grandfather passed away recently and my Mom/Grandmom/aunt are going away together for vacation for some family time. They are actually eating at Crystal Palace on his 75th birthday. Is there anything the restaurant could do to make this special? Not trying to sound creepy/morbid-- but it is a hard time and thought I might be able to request something to make it more of a rembrance of his birthday.
