I want to try CP for the first time with my family and can't decide which meal to schedule. Any advice appreciated!

The only meal we've ever had there is breakfast, but we liked it a lot. The food was very good, the character's were a lot of fun, and we didn't feel at all rushed, which I had been a little concerned about.

Hi,We also have Breakfast almost exclusively. I make an ADR for 10-10:15 am and it is Breakfast/Lunch for us!! :thumbsup2 Joan

We love breakfast especially at 8am before park opening. We did dinner and liked breakfast SO MUCH MORE!

We had breakfast in 2010 and dinner in 2007. Breakfast was wonderful. We will NOT be returning for dinner.

We love lunch. For us when the kids were younger it was a great way to get out the heat before the parade.

We LOVE breakfast at CP before the park opens.

One time, we were one of the first to be let in the park (literally ran down the street with my brother) and got some amazing pictures on Main St. with the castle behind me (with no one else in it!).

And the chocolate chip pancakes were excellent! (Ask the pancake maker to throw some in - they were by request, and was a tip I got on this board myself.)

Another big :thumbsup2 for breakfast. We have been twice and it was great. Made ADRS before park opening and just loved the food and the characters. You might have a bit of a wait for them though, for us we have had to wait for pooh on both occasions.

The puffed french toast is AMAZING worth the visit just for that.

We love love love CP for breakfast. If you can get an ADR for before the park opens, you can take advantage of empty park pics too. The photographers are already out. My fav pics from Thanksgiving 2010 are of the Christmas decorations with the castle in the background. There were no people around us. Also, getting to get in early and skip rope drop was nice. I ran to Peter pan to grab a fast pass and then we rode BTMRR and Spash Mountain a bunch of times before the park got crowded.

We've only done lunch at CP and it was good. When we return we might try breakfast before the park opens, otherwise we will skip it on the next trip.
