Hi, I was wondering how early you can get into the park with an 8.05 breakfast reservation as it looks like the park is now opening at 8am that morning, which is a bit annoying.

We always do the 8:05 and get in around 7:50

Same for us this coming Sunday. 9:00 opening would have been perfect. Still hoping to get in a bit early.

With all of our early ADRs this trip we got in exactly an hour before park opening, no earlier. Same with MNSSHP, we had 4:05 ressies at the Plaza and we were not let in the gates until 4pm on the dot and then you had to wait to get wrist bands (although I told DH we could come back later for them he insisted we needed them now LOL). I know for next year to not make ressies until 4:10 or so, that gives us time to get in the gates and walk to the restaurant.

Same goes for breakfast....although I would think it might be a bit different since there are so many people coming in for early ADRs, the restaurants realize this and I'm sure they don't expect someone at 8am when the gates just opened LOL You line up in front of the Dining reservation gate (should be one marked) and they don't line you up based on when your reservation is, or let you through the gate based on that. They do check you off a list for breakfast, which probably lets them know if you have a 10:30 ADR and you're there at 7:50....then they would probably say something to you LOL

Hi, I read this last Friday and thought "How annoying for you, thank goodness ours is still a 9am opening".....
Yep, you guessed it, MK now opens at 8am on the day we are booked in for 8.10! I so wanted to show DH2B, I mean DH:woohoo: Main Street with nobody on it-ggrrrr!
I got to see it several years ago when I did the KTTK tour and it was so beautiful and special without other people-then I dropped my bloomin camera and lost all the photos:scared1:

We have an 8:05 reservation and of course they extended hours until 8am instead of 9 for us too. That happened to us last year and if I remember correctly, we were let in between 7:30-7:45. I am planning on being there at 7:15 bc it is a couple days after Thanksgiving to make sure we can navigate the crowds to get in the dining line. Hopefully they will at least let those with ADRs in 15-20 min early.

what day are you going? We are going on sunday 27th-we'll be the white chubby Brits (hopefully) with the bride and groom ears on....Good news that they let us in a bit earlier!:cool1:
