Crystal Palace and Princess cake

I would like to get the princess cake-My Mini Surprise Cake-at CP next Thursday. I was told to order it at the podium. Has anyone done this and is this correct information?

I was wondering about this also. I wanted to order this for both DD's and I was wondering if it was worth it.

Just got back, ordered my daughter's Princess Cake for Crystal Palace ahead of time (added it to the reservation on the 407-WDW-DINE #). Confirmed at the podium that we would have the cake (probably would have been ok to order it right there).

Not sure if the cake & toy were really worth the extra money -- but -- my daughter loved her "treasure chest" and mirror surprise, so that made it worthwhile.
