Crystal Palace 6:15

If we have a 6:15ADR at Crystal Palace, will we make it in time to see at least some of the 7:00 spectromagic?

Seriously, CP is popular and you have a very popular dining time - prime crowd time. If you were seated immediately, and got your food right away, and didn't need to stay for all the characters necessarily, you might make your way over to Main Street (which will be absolutely packed by that point) and get a spot in the back of the crowd somewhere. Or watch from right outside the restaurant, further away.

If you don't get seated on time, I think it will be tough or impossible to do.

However, you could walk to Frontierland and watch it, but you need to get there by about 7:15 - the parade gets there around 7:20. Again, it will most likely be crowded by the time you get there.

I wouldn't plan to see Spectro with that reservation, but if it worked out, I'd consider it a bonus. Some of that depends on when you're going as well and how generally crowded the parks & restaurants are.

Depending on when you're going, you may not see Spectro at all. The MSEP (which is replacing Spectro this summer) run was just extended indefinately. Wasn't sure if that mattered to you or not. Sorry I can't help with your question. We're eating at CP for the first time in Dec.

I would say doubt it.

Crystal Palace is an EXTREMELY popular location. If you were seated in time (and that is a big if) you are looking at less then 45 minutes to get your drinks, get your food, see the characters, get your check, pay, and be out. By that dining time I would expect to be seated closer to 6:30 then 6:15.

Even if you did make it out before 7, there really wouldn't be anywhere to see the parade from. Main Street would be packed by that point. If you are lucky maybe you would be 3-4 people back from the curb.

I would plan on seeing the parade at a different time.

Unfortunately, probably not.

CP is extremely popular and many people have reported waiting well past their ADR time to get seated. Even if you were seated on time, you would most likely end up with a less than enjoyable dinner. You would have to rush through the meal, wouldn't be able to meet many characters, then have to try and find a viewing spot among the crowds of people already waiting.

I agree with PPs. It would be so tough even if you are seated on time. You would practically have to shovel the food in, only get 1 soda (as it usually takes 10-15 mins for a refill at CP) and be in such a hurry you wouldn't enjoy it. Then you would just make it outside to a WALL of people, you would NOT get a close enough spot to see the majority of the floats or whatever they are called, you would only see the very tops of them.

Is there another night where you could see the parade? Or a chance you could change your adr?

Main Street Electrical Parade which has just been extended with no end date announced. So for the time being, the evening parade will be that, not Spectro.
