TA should have our docs tomorrow...but not doing the dance until I have them!!
Can't wait, we leave in one week....arriving before our land/sea package actually starts. Started packing my girls today.
Thinking I should make door sign too??? Not sure yet though, have enough to do before we leave.

I'm starting to get nervous, man I hate and love this part, the anticipation, the worry that everything's gonna go wrong, second guessing all my choices, not wanting to go to work at all this week, panic attacks, excitement. Breathe girl breathe, oh I just want this to be great and not a disappointment. I've been waiting my whole life to go to disney and now to be so close to going AND to be going on a cruise as well, i just gotta relax.

No docs here yet but TA says will overnight them to us tomorrow. Yeah yeah .. check's in the mail .. I want them in my hands! Haha

We got upgraded!!!! Ain't QTY grand (sometimes)?

We are really excited. Someone mentioned having a Meet & Greet on Sunday at 3 p.m. on the Promenade Deck, but didn't see anything else on this. Where on the Promenade Deck? What deck number is that since I don't see names on the deck plan website I'm using? I think it would be great to meet the people who are posting here even though we haven't posted much. We are still in contact with several people we have met at other meets n greets on previous cruises. Its fun!!

Anyone else for all of us getting together?

Hi all! I am DM to Shannon1984. I am here to hijack your thread and take over. And in the process I am sure that I will embarrass DD to death. Good!lol. You will all be meeting in the Promenade Lounge at 3:00 on Sunday. This is the Promenade Lounge, not deck. It is located on deck 3. It is a nice quiet place to talk and easy to find people. This is a good time because it is after lunch and before the drill so there is not too much going on.

Oh my, looks like I scared everyone away. Shannon asked if I read her cruise thread and when I told her what I posted she said "you didn't tell them you are my mother did you?" She just shook her head. Took it quite well, really. Shannon is busy moving and working so she hasn't had time to post.

I'm doing the happy dance that it's all here. Now I just have to wait 6 more days till we leave.
I did notice that our tickets show the staterooms we booked, so no upgrade here. That's ok, we're happy with our rooms...let them show the love to other families. Just wish I could have gotten reservations for Palo's. I'll ask again once we get on the ship. We'll see. Can't wait to go..we'll see you all there!

I am sorry you did not get upgraded. You will have a wonderful time and nobody spends that much time in their cabin anyways!! Too much fun to be had on deck.

Is Palo's booked for all dinner and brunch dates already? I hope you will be able to get in. I will cross my fingers for you. Good luck!

I know we will have a great time, I'm getting really anxious.

As far as Palo's...I can't get a reservation online for brunch or dinner. But, from what I have heard on the boards is that Disney holds some of the reservations for passengers once they have boarded. Guess maybe it's to be fair to those passengers who aren't so computer savvy to have a chance. I'll keep my fingers crossed, but if we don't get in I won't be too upset. This is our first family vacation, if you don't count all the trips to Grandma's house. So we want to have tons of fun with the kids, but 8 days of vacation with the kids...it would be nice to have one romantic dinner with my DH. If we still can't get in...we'll just have to have a romantic stroll around the ship while the kids are in the clubs. Sounds nice.

It's getting soooooo close! We leave for Florida on 9/8 to visit friends then over to Orlando airport to catch the Disney bus to the ship .. yeeeehaww.

We're doing the doc dance this morning. I much prefer having my docs a little further in advance, but all is well now that I have them in my hands.

Anyone have any special thoughts on what to do in Nassau? We've been to Cable Beach and several times to the Atlantis. Anything else in the 'must do' category other than Blue Lagoon?

Well it is less than a week away! Whoohoo!! We don't leave until the 11th since we are only a few hours away.. We are doing the land part after the cruise. See you all there!
