Cruising on Wish in November - 1 Adults

We booked a three night wish in November. Celebrating Husband's 63rd birthday and our 35th Wedding Anniversary. We are Gold level and I tried for the brunch on our early booking window day. No brunch availability. What are chances of securing on the ship? We have always had a reservation in advance of cruising - RATS. Don't want to book a Palo Dinner since we want to try all three restaurants on the ship.

We booked deck 8 with verandah. We really aren't planning to get off the ship in Nassau. Been there, done that
