I'll be happy to do the fish extender exchange with you guys, but at this rate, we may be the only ones - where has everyone else gone?? Are all you guys out there still coming??

CC twice sounds great - too bad they don't do that more often! Is that all month in November or only certain dates?

I had to laugh when I came home today, John was reading the disboards - he makes fun of me & I end up catching him lurking!!! So make sure Shawn doesn't decide to check them out! Not that he'd think to check the cruise forum anyway

I think this board will get more traffic as the day gets closer. I hope anyway... there is no way we are the only Dis on the whole boat!!

November only has one date in 09 for that special cruise... I think it is the 15th.

I hope Shawn doesn't start reading Dis!!! I'm sure he would just go under my name and read my faves!! Maybe I should log out each time!!

By the way... did the name for our cruise ever stick?? I think I remember something like 'ship of fools' ?

My family and I are about 90% sure we are going on this cruise!! Still checking flights and looking for a good price. My daughter's 16th birthday is the day the cruise starts!! Will let you guys know when we know for sure!!

cool - you'll have to post a pic of how it turns out! i had it in my head that i would work on one this summer and now summer is about over and school projects will be starting soon, so i took the easy out & ordered it! one more thing i can check off the list

my older two start school in 13 days & jacob is starting preschool in september - how about dexter?

Dexter already knows his shapes, colors, letters, numbers and can count to 20. (not to mention killer computer skills) Right now I am working with him on basic math and reading.
All we could afford was the park district program, so I figure I'll work with him this year and put him in a pre-school next year.

Enjoy him being home! I'm a little sad Jacob's off to school - it's only 2 days though - he's VERY attached to me and I'm hoping this will help him get used to being away from me for a little bit. I'm really nervous about whether he'll adjust well or not. Hopefully he'll adjust, if not there's always next year ,right?

so which parks are you planning on hitting precruise? we're coming in late on the friday night before our sunday cruise, so we'll only be doing 1 park on saturday. we're going to try epcot this year - made reservations for lunch at coral reef. we don't have flights home yet, so not sure what will will be doing when we get off the ship.

Pre-Cruise we'll be there 5 days. So I'm sure we'll hit everything.
Post-Cruise we're heading back to Disney for one more night. We'll still have tickets left but that will be a 'go with the flow' time.No big plans - time to relax. We'll fly back late Monday.
We still don't have plane tickets! Waiting for SW top realise the dates.
If your going to coral reef you should do one of those custom menus everyone is doing! They look really cool!!

have you been to epcot with kids? any recommendations? it was actually my dh's idea to go to coral reef, so of course i come here to the boards to start reading about it & i find out about the custom menus and the diver, so if i can get those done (not sure if they still do the diver or not, i have to call) that will be my surprise for him & the kids- he has no idea...hope it works out. how is your surprise going - still no idea?

I cancelled the cruise. I just could not stand the thought of going on that ship and leaving the parks behind. So, we're going to WDW for the same dates, except just land and I am sooooo happy about that.

I'm also having a hard time fitting everything into our land schedule - but since we just bought into the DVC, I know we'll be back. (of course I knew that anyway!)

See now, you're one of those lucky people who have Disney families. I, on the other hand, have to wait to win the lottery to buy into DVC. My family thinks that I am nuts

With DH and I alone there this time, I am going to shlepp him to a DVC demonstration AND will personally guide him through my favorite DVC properties. I am already scoping out any great bars these resorts have, cause he likes a cocktail or two in the PM

Look, I bought these two pairs of scuba masks with snorkel, of course. The first PM with address is getting them.

I am sorry that we won't meet. Although, Nat will be on land the same time we are....
