Cruising on DVC - who to call?

Hello! We have a cruise booked with points coming up. I was hoping to pre-load my Onboard Account with gift cards and my Disney Visa. Does anyone know if I need to call DVC to do this? Or DCL directly?

Do you have a DCL reservation that you can use on line to get into DCL's site to see your reservation? If you do, and you are within the time period for your Castaway Status, you should be able to at least link the credit card to your account.

If you cannot see your reservation on DCL, then I would call Member Services.

You can save about 30% by renting your points and booking with cash....
