We've been going to Disney for my DD b-day since she turned 5 y.o. Her b-day is in the very beginning of September - so we usually go down in the end of August right before school starts...last year we were trapped for a couple of days in the Yacht Club during Hurricane Frances but it really was no bother since we were well taken care of and had already been down for about 9 days prior to bad weather....Anyway, next year for her 10th b-day I thought it might be fun to go to Euro Disney in Paris (every year she expects to go to "Disney" - so we were going to plan as if were we all going to Orlando but surprise her at the airport when we board a flight to Paris -- after what happened in London - I'm wondering if it's worth it to travel overseas. We would not only stay at Euro Disney but probably want to stay in the city proper itself for other types of sight seeing and split the trip up...now we're pretty reluctant to go overseas....That being said I would go back to WDW but I love to change it up each year and especially since it is her 10th b-day I wanted to do something extra special -- so perhaps a cruise ....that's where all you guys come in --- My only problem is again I would travel at the end of August for her b-day and I would be afraid of being hit with a hurricane --- has anyone traveled that time of year -- what is the best cruise to take - 4/3 day , 7 day ??- we own at the BCV and BW so that's where we normally stay on land -- I guess it's a toss up between potentially getting hit by mother nature or by some psychopathic fundamentalist -- anyway, your thoughts would be helpful to my decision....thanks
40 days and 40 nights til we get to WDW
