You are doing so awesome and should be proud of yourself. 10 pounds in one month is great. Don't be disappointed if your weight loss slows down since the first month is always the big SWOOSH. They say 1.5 pounds per week is perfect.
We also love Sweet Tomatoes. It's one of the few places that our whole family loves... a little bit of everything for everyone.
Keep drinking that water... that is a huge help to losing weight. Don't get upset if you blow it with some food choices... just drink your water and move on.
Take those measurements if you haven't already. I measure myself once a month now and it's amazing how the inches are lost even if the weight is slow to come off.
Great job on the exercising... another big help to losing that weight. Take your time... it's not going to all come off in one month. I figure it took us years to put all this weight on, if it takes a year to come off, then so be it
Congratulations to your daughter losing 15 pounds. My youngest is 10 and has put on a lot of weight in the past 2 years. With me doing WW now, she is trying to follow the program as well. We're not looking at losing since she is still growing, but trying to maintain her weight until she gets a little taller. What your DD learns from you now will help her for the rest of her life.
Keep writing in your journal and you'll be amazed how far you've come when you re-read it months to come.
