Cruise wrap

We are participating in a fish extender on a Disney cruise. For the kids I bought little packs of Wikki Stix and tattoos. They are about the size of a large candy bar.

Can anyone make something I can wrap around them and then use double stick tape to assemble?

If it could have a cruise design and say "Have fun on the Boat" and then "from Parrotheadlois and DuhGreg" I'd REALLY REALLY appreciate it!
