Cruise Wedding Help....

We are getting married on the Disney Magic in July and we are looking for tips.

We are also wondering if there anywhere on the ship that we can store the wedding dress until the room is ready or do we have to carry it around with us to lunch and around the ship?

Any advice from couples that have done a DCL wedding recently would be great.

I had my dress packed in my suitcase..so I am not sure..but I think Lisa was holding her dress..so maybe she can answer you.

Maybe your wedding planner can arrange to get it in the room early since you will have the legal onboard ceremony before the ship sails.

As soon as I walked onto the ship I walked over to the Service desk and gave them my dress. They tagged it and told me it would be steamed and in my room by the next day! After we met with our wedding coordinater we had to lay Pete's suit out and the wedding coridinater picked that up from our room and it was returned with my dress. Easy Peasy!

I was also able to pack my gown in my suitcase. We were given a note with the time to meet our wedding coordinator, Rodrigo, and he told us to leave my gown and soon to be hubby's tux on our bed. When we returned from dinner our clothes were taken and returned to us steamed the next morning. I'm sure someone would take it from you at guest services.
