Cruise Value Or Smart Cruiser

has anyone ever used cruise value or smart cruiser ta to book your cruise. if so, any info would be greatly appreciated.

Ok, maybe i'm being a bit harsh, but I had a horrible experience with them last year. The agent knew nothing about Disney cruises and this was our first. I used them because my dad goes on several cruises a year with friends and thats who they go through. I should say thats who they used to go through. I got such poor service he won't use them anymore either. Try calling Dana at micdan she's been great.
