Cruise Value Center...

Has anyone ever used them and how is there service??? I am thinking of booking our cruise with them but, don't know too much about them.

My two sisters and I (with our husbands and kids) all booked a RCCL cruise through Cruise Value Center in Jan 2004. We booked 5 cabins total. They were the least expensive price we had found. After DH and I booked our cabin, we decided to upgrade to a larger cabin and all I did was call the customer service dept and they were very helpful. I would not hesitate to book with them again.

i think it's better to book a cruise youself, directly through the cruiseline (when they're on sale of course lol); then

put it up for bid on cruise compete & check the major online sites...Expedia always seems to be the lowest (haven't used them though).

you can always transfer it to a TA before final payment date.

Additionally, you can always monitor the rate yourself & call the line to adjust your price.

Actually, I did that and Cruise Value Center came out to be the cheapest about $100. So, I was thinking about booking with them and they said if it goes cheaper than they will adjust the price and refund the difference. I was really wondering about there cancellation policy. I talked to a specialist and she assured me there was no fees for cancelling prior to your final payment (which is due 90 days prior) but, according to another website they give you a voucher for the amount you have paid.

I have used Cruise Value Center twice and both times had great customer service. I will book all of my cruises with them, at the time they were also offering free travel insurance. Crystal was my agent, I highly recommend them.

DH and I have booked 2 cruises through Cruise Value Center and have been very pleased with them! DH is always looking for a bargain, he will search and search to find the best deals, and CVC always comes up with the lowest price but you're not sacrificing any quality. The first time we used them was for our honeymoon. We booked a Royal Caribbean cruise through CVC but then Hurricane Wilma hit so our cruise was canceled. We had no problems with CVC customer service switching our booking directly to RC so we could get another cruise booked in 1 day. For our 1st anniversary cruise I went ahead and booked directly with RC - big mistake! I was able to cancel it when RC changed our itinerary wtihout even telling us. Instead we booked a Holland America Line cruise through CVC and it was perfect! It was 2 nights longer, a newer ship, a higher category cabin, and cost only $50 more total! Their customer service is great, they will give you a refund if the price goes down, and they will refund all of your money if you cancel before making your final payment. Their insurance is pretty cheap too. I had a lot of questions booking the first one and they will do an on-line chat with you and answer all of your quesitons, which was important for us as first time cruisers. If we go on another cruise (fingers crossed!) we'll definitely go through CVC!

I have had great success with BESTPRICECRUISES.COM never had a problem with them. And then I found BEATANYCRUISEPRICE.COM. They are worth a shot.
