Cruise/Transportation Question

Does anyone know which resorts the Disney Cruise busses transport from?

Do they run continuiously all day, or do you have a scheduled pickup time?

I know that we were offered CBR or AK as our pick up choices last June. we decided to do the character breakfast at AK and caught the bus there. there were several buses there.

We left from BC, on the way back stopped at AK, POP then BC and it went on to AS's (didn't have any CBR guests on our bus). We had a designated P/U time (boarded at 11:30-departed at 11:45-arrived at Port around 1ish).
