My 1st time posting here. We are thinking about doing the land/sea in March 2006. We only have a one week window ... week of March 19. We are 4 adults and 3 children... I guess according to Disney we are actually 5 adults and 2 children (grandparents, parents, teenager, 5yr & 8yr). 3 of us suffer greatly from motion sickness.

What are your recommendations? or where do I start with planning?

I'm totally lost. Thank you.

Start here at the disboard and you will learn much!

As far as motion sickness, there are stabilizers on the boat which make the motion minimal...my DD tends to be sick in the car, on the boats, etc and was never sick on the Disney cruise....bring Dramamine incase, though.

Check prices all around as we found differences of about $1000/cabin (we also needed two) for our cruise...we went with Costco, but you might find better choices out there now.

HAVE FUN!

Think of a see saw when you book a room. You want to be in the middle, less motion for you to deal with then on the sides. From what I have read lower to middle deck cabins are the best and you want middle of the ship from there.

Good Luck and happy reading. :cool1:
