Cruise Rewards Using Disney Visa

And Personally, I am very glad for this procedure. The reward certificates, while attractive, are large and made of a much thicker paper than money. They would not fit into a wallet. I'll be happy to hand them over and use the credit!

I just called in a few more tonight and they gave me a turnaround time of two weeks. They did offer to "rush" them to me for a fee of $10. But paying for them kind of defeats the purpose......Besides, I still have until July 19

DDluv....I got mine in about a week...quicker than I expected. I'm guessing because not many have requested them yet.

I paid for one of our family directly to DVC. Do you receive a credit for these payments. Usually we lose out on these deals.

tezb - I got my first ones very quickly also. I too wonder if it will start to take longer as more folks start requesting them. I'll let you know...... 44 days eh?

kbp13-I too tend to miss out on a deal. Call Disney Cruise 800 number and ask some one if you reservation was booked with the code( first call Bank one and get the code. It is three letters but I can remember them and I threw away my note on it.) Disney will be able to tell you if you already have a $50 stateroom credit

The rewards with Disney Visa are 1% of your purchases.

Be careful when you order the reward dollars because there are different ones for the Disney Store, WDW and Disneyland. I don't think you can cross them over between locations. Therefore, if you order the ones for the Store, they must be used at the Store.

We just ordered ours and received them in about 1 week - but I was specific that I wanted them for the Disney Store in order to purchase our park passes for the days at the park prior to the cruise. The reward dollars for the Store look like little credit cards
