Hello all....I'm hoping someone will be able to offer some advice.

We just got back a few weeks ago from a wonderful 7 night Western cruise:boat: :boat: and we re-booked while onboard to take advantage of the 10% discount and ship board credit offered by DCL.
We transfered our reservation to CAA hoping to also have their ship board credit applied to our res.

Problem is ...our CAA agent is saying this isn't possible. I know this can be done with AAA.

Are there any Canadians out there that have successfully done this?

We moved our reservation as well but not to CAA and kept our credit. I am not sure why they are telling you that.

No idea how it works with CAA but I work with Cruise Ship Centers and usually when a client books again (Future Cruise Credit) with the Cruiseline whilst onboard the agent that booked the particular cruise they are currently on are notified via fax and the FCC sits on file until the Clients apply it to a sailing of their choice. All the 'perks' of booking onboard such as discounts/reduced deposits/sbc etc are included and remain active. Of course, if the Client chooses to use another TA or leave it directly with the Cruiseline that is their option to do so.

Make sense?
