Cruise Points question

My DH and I are thinking of booking our 3rd cruise past cruises we have had enough points to cover both of us but with the increase this year to get the kind of room we want we would be short something like 72 points. So here is my question......Could we use all of our points and just pay the difference???

For our second cruise we took both of our teenagers and points covered DH and I and we paid for both kids so that worked out well, but I am really wondering if they can figure the difference of the 70 some odd points we would need.

You must pay for each person either entirely with cash or with points. We ran into this situation and ended up doing a small add on so that we would have enough points to book the cruise and then still have those points to enjoy for another 40 years.

Thanks for your help Doctor P I figured that was the way it would be. We were just saying that we will eventually have to add on to be able to keep doing the cruise thing in the kind of room we want (gotta have that verandah) Thanks again
