Cruise Points Question

When looking at the points charts for a DCL cruise in a 1 bedroom concierge, there is a point range, but for that category, on the DCL site there is only one level, so why is there is a point range, and what is the difference between the lowest point and the highest point? The range I'm looking at for the same cruise is 402-520, which is quite a large range for the same room?

I have noticed that the location of the stateroom will make a difference, but I don´t know if that applies to concierge too.

Date of sailing may make a difference if multiple dates are listed within the "season" identified by DCL.
