Just a heads up that there is a sale going on now. Definitely not the best prices, but cheaper than they have been. We bought the Refreshment Package for $18. It has been $30. Today it is $23. The Deluxe Beverage Package we bought for $42, has been over $60, now down to $50. (These are prices for the Anthem of the Seas Thanksgiving cruise. We purchased our packages during the Black Friday sale 2020).

I maintain that Black Friday sales will almost always have the lowest prices.
This is what we have found, too. I tried to get my friends who are sailing with us to make their purchases during that sale when we were doing ours. But they are new cruisers and couldn't understand why they would want to buy something so far out.

I am not very impressed with the prices.
I'm not either. It seems that Royal is always having a "sale". But when you actually look at the prices they really don't change.

I’ve had good prices on excursions where I have seen a difference... but on drink packages? Nothing special. We’ve had better prices for sure.

The prices for anything on CocoCay seems to be 3 to 4 times what they were when we went during Fall 2019...

I got a good deal on some excursions in March, I wish I had booked all my excursions then but I wasn't even sure the cruise would be happening. This current deal is not as good.

Think any of the CocoCay Beach Club cabanas will still be available this Black Friday , for a Dec 2021 cruise?

We cruised May 2019 right after the water park opened on CocoCay. The price was $24.99. Now its $97!!

This, exactly. We paid the same price (25$) for the water park... Now, I’m glad we experienced it the first time because there is no way I would pay 97$ for it.

Also, for our girls trip (that got cancelled because of COVID, I paid 53$ CAD for each Coco Beach Club Passes. Now they sell them at... over 200$. I thought it was a joke and they had decided to sell them per cabin but... Nope. It’s per person.

Yeah we had CoCo Beach Club for $40 on a trip that ended up cancelled but now we have them currently for $79 but watching to see if it drops lower before cruise. Also had 3 waterpark Tix for family members for $40 ea. on another trip for this past Jan/Feb that was cancelled also.

I was able to snag a CoCoCay South Beach Cabana for $500 Canadian ($400 USD) last year. NOw seeing these rates are well over $1000 even with the so called sale.

The thrill park is now going for $140 on my July 3rd cruise. Beach club is at $188.

I was hoping thrill park and beach club would decrease to close to normal prices. They however went up 50% more than the previous price.

Can I ask how long you/your kids spent at the Water park? Currently booked passes for my 3 teens, and my wife and I will spend the time at the Beach Club. However if the park is something they can spend 2 hours doing, I need to think about pricing out the cost of a Beach Club cabana so that they can spend time there as well (I realize and acknowledge this is the epitome of a first world problem!)
