Dos anyone have any idea, when the cruises for 2018 (past September) are usually released?

We r considering one around the 1st November ?

Is this a quiet / busy time (we r from UK) Is there any american holidays we need to know about?

Do they normally do halloween activities around the date or just the crises that fall on the 31st Oct

What will the weather be like around that time as we've only ever cruised april or august

Thank you for your help

1) The only significant holiday in November is Thanksgiving, which is the 4th Thursday in November. Prices on DCL are typically much higher for any sailing containing a major holiday (Thanksgiving, Christmas, New Year's, etc.).

The Halloween sailings usually start around the beginning of September and continue through any cruise that includes Halloween (October 31) as a date. So if you want Halloween, you would want a sailing that leaves in late October versus early November.

At that time of year, it's hard to miss holiday sailings--Disney has in the past started doing Christmas in early November--there is usually a week or so at the beginning of November that don't feature holiday themed sailings, but after that you're getting Christmas. I don't find either holiday themed cruise overbearing, at all, but if that matters to you it is something to keep in mind.

2) As far as weather, it's not as brutally hot in Florida as it is in August, but usually, it's still hot. Water on Castaway is a little cooler that time of year but not unpleasant.

3) Release dates are always eagerly anticipated but hard to predict. Last year it was late May, if I recall correctly.
