Boo! No docs for us yet!!

We had fun on carnival ,booked a balcony which turned out to be right above walking deck so we heard more chatter then ocean. Daughter is a little accident prone, or maybe a lot. So I get nervous now. Whats everyone doing in Nassua?

My dog is actually pretty accident prone too. A few weeks ago he was bitten by another dog at the beach and finally we got the staples taken out and he's healing from that and he runs into a picnic table while chasing a squirrel and gets a gash below his eye! It hasn't been the best dog health month.

In Nassau we are going to stay on the ship I think. We've been before and honestly we are booking this cruise for the Disney ship more than the ports. But, IF we got off, we were planning to go to the Sheraton Nassau and get a day pass to use their facilities (beach/pool) for the day. We may still do that, but the ship is pretty enticing!

We are getting off the ship just long enough for my DH to get cigars. I want to Check out the ship and eat lunch at Cabanas. Last year I didn't feel like we took enough time to explore the ship. It is so big. Glad we have 7 days on the Fantasy next year! I'm excited to find out how we like the aft extended balcony we got on the Dream this time!!!

We will be below you on deck 9. I have looked at videos on YouTube and they look huge compared to what we had last year. The view is awesome!

I agree with you. Its really more about the ship for us than the destinations on this cruise.

Not that the destinations aren't awesome! Its just that we've been to Nassau previously, but we HAVEN'T been on the Dream before, so def more excited about the Dream.

How cool to travel with a large group on the ship!! I would love to do a DCL cruise w/ my whole family some day.

Yes, it would be great to cruise with our family. Both of our daughters and their husbands don't want any part of a cruise. The guys say they would get sea sick!

Go back a few pages to find Tinkerbellcrafter, who is graciously running the FE group. She said she would cut things off on August 15th. PM her about getting on the list.

As for a theme.....I don't think there has to be one, does there??? I do think it would be fun to add a little info about each of our hometowns....

We are probably on the tail end of being prepared for this as we just booked today. Love those last minute florida resident deals!

Traveling with:

Myself, DH, DS 7 and DS 4.5 (First cruise for mini-man)

Whats a fish extender? Is that the thing that hangs from the fishy by the door? and is it too late to be involved? We did the inaugural med cruise and had a blast with the DIS gang. We will likely be un-involved as this cruise I may just hide in the air conditioning the entire time! haha
