cruise meet board

Didn't know where to suggest or ask this? Have the powers to be ever considered splitting up the cruise meet board by year. I find it very difficult to find the date when the thread titles aren't uniformly written.

Just a suggestion.

Yeah, I see all these people already making threads for 2006 and I've only found 1 other person so far on our sept 05 sailing. Don't know if its hard to find our thread, if there are multiple threads, if the people on my ship just aren't posting, or if noone's going with us!

By year is a great idea or even if they can break it down by month and year.

When the cruise meets board became a board separate from the main DCL forum last year the date convention was to be year, month, day...2005/November/6...... You can see that some of the threads are titled correctly but things have gotten a little sloppy. It's just such a relief to have the Meets posts as a separate board! I know that I can still feel the relief. Perhaps a word to the Moderator? That's how the meets posts got their own board originally....

I agree, it's hard to find certain threads if you want to keep up on them. What I've found that's the easiest to do is "Subscribe to this Thread" which is located at the bottom of the first page of a particular thread. That way, when someone posts, it automatically pops up when you sign in. HTH
