Cruise Meet -April 21, 2012 - 7 Night Eastern Caribbean

So it looks like someone logged into the FE link and tried to update/change/create a document with only the "yellow" group and has deleted ALL other listings :( So I have been trying to get this fixed and updated... Please review the LINK to the FE and let me know if there are any corrections/updates that need to be made. Some information was accidently deleted and so noone has access to change anything right now - BEAR WITH ME, ONCE I HAVE AN UPDATED AND FINAL LIST I WILL EMAIL IT TO EVERYONE WHOS EMAIL IS LISTED!

DAYS! :boat:

A few of us have already volunteered (via facebook) to host our cabins for a cabin crawl. We did this on our last cruise and it was an awesome opportunity to see many of the cabin categories.

So far we have:

Keith O. GTY TBA
Adam and Angie (tinkeringaround) GTY TBA
Frank (Donald Quackers) 7A 8662
Susan and Barb (crazydisneyluver) 6B 5682
Louise P. 5E 10158
Claudy and Rayna (kehonuamemano) 5D 6648
Joe and Katie (DISNEYJKJ) 5C 7578
billandangie 5C 7576
Jennifer and Scott (Simbasmom2) 4E 5052
Dan & Nikki (nikkicares) T 12512

It would be lovely to get at least one cabin in each category grouping.

The Category Groupings are:
Concierge Royal Suite with Verandah (Category R)
Concierge 1-Bedroom Suite with Verandah (Category T) :goodvibes
Concierge Family Oceanview Stateroom (Category V)
Deluxe Family Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah (Categories 4A-4E) :goodvibes
Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah (Categories 5A-5E) :goodvibes
Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Verandah (Categories 6A, 6B) :goodvibes
Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom with Navigator's Verandah (Category 7A) :goodvibes
Deluxe Oceanview Stateroom (Categories 9A-9D
Deluxe Inside Stateroom (Categories 10A-10C)
Standard Inside Stateroom (Categories 11A-11C)

*:goodvibes (good vibes mean we have a volunteer host in this category)

Please let me know if you are interested.

Also, it works out best to schedule this on the first sea day, before everyone has had a chance to become too "comfortable" in their cabin :)

What a fun idea!!! We would love to participate in this....our room category is already on the list of those participating as we are next door neighbors to Joe and Katie above in room 7576 Cat 5C so perhaps we can share the crowd flow

You might want to update your category listing, it doesn't have Cat 7 for Dream/Fantasy. True they are not navigator's verandah's in the sense of the Magic/Wonder, but they do have a partial obstruction.

Will do! I took the list from the DU site so if I'm missing anything else please let me know.

Interesting idea! Please tell me a little bit more on how this works... How do we check out others cabins, if we need to be at ours to have it open for others to check out? I am open to this, but not sure I am comfortable to just leave our cabin open while we are not there? And Im pretty sure getting out teen daughter to hang out there while we tour will NOT go over so well?:confused3

I'm interested in the cabin crawl, but like Nickicares, I need to know more before signing up. We have a 7a category, which I don't think you have a volunteer yet. Please explain exactly how this works & what time you are planning to do this.

DEB...thanks for all of the cute countdowns :)

Will somebody be able to form a list of the scheduled activities? So far we have the meet with photo taking, cabin crawl for those interested, didn't we start to plan an evening adult gathering? Of course it looks like we will probably see each other at the tastings ;) and on excursions :cool1:

Of course, (follwing what we did on our last cruise, which worked great) we meet up in one central place say the Atrium. Then we go through in small groups starting at the cabin at the lowest deck. The cabin hosts go with the first group and stop at their cabin to host and stay until the last group comes to their cabin. Then the cabin hosts go through with the last group. Each group should wait about 3-5 minutes before starting from the Atrium. Worked out great and no one had to leave their cabin alone.
