We will be taking our first cruise next year and I am doing some seriously early idea gathering. One thing we will want to do is put magnets on the door. I am not a crafter, but my mom is that Crazy Craft Lady people know. She has one of those Cricut machines. My DD loves to do things with it when she is with grandma.

I have seen videos that the Cricut can cut through those printable magnet sheets. My question for anyone in the know (and I will do more research) is with the Cricut itself. If I make a design or use a design that people have available already, can that be loaded into Cricut?

From a quick google search it looks like you can use most any file type if you use their free software called Cricut design space. However, if I were you I would test this first with your cricut before you request or make a bunch of designs. Also there is a thread on the cruise board about using the printable magnet sheets with the cricut and most recommend cutting card stock and adding magnets instead.

Hope this helps :)
