Cruise Line refund/cost drop?

We received an email from our travel agent letting us know that over 400 dollars will be refunded to our credit card. We have already paid in full and were not given any reason for the refund. I'm not complaining but I am a little confused. Would they have dropped the price of the cruise? We have a a concierge family stateroom booked and I believe those have been sold out for quite awhile. Not sure why they'd drop the price on room category that was sold out. any ideas as to why? I will be calling my TA next week.

My neighbor was on the Wonder a couple weeks ago. They had booked back in September. So they were surprised to receive a credit and called to ask why.
They told them it was a Kids sail free promotion so they were refunded the cost of their daughter.
They were surprised and happy to know Disney would give a refund without the guest making a phone call and asking for the special rate.
 
glad they were so upfront with your neighbor. It couldn't be that exact reason for us, but maybe something like that. thanks!
