Cruise Incentive

We are trying to figure out our BLT add on. We are a family of five so the cruise option for 4 people just doesn't work for us outright. Has anyone cash added on a child (our daughter is 3) for the cruise and how much was it? Does anyone have a list of available dates? Thanks for any help!

I don't have mine yet. But I thought I read on here you could upgrade and pay the difference. We have a family of 4 but the kids are 20 and 15 so we were thinking of upgrading to a room with a verandah.

We upgrade to add a 5th person. We are doing the Thanksgiving day cruise. To add the 5th person with the full fair $ and the upgrade for the rest of us was about $1200. That is probably higher than the other weeks due to it being a holiday cruise. People have posted cheaper upgrade fees for other weeks.

We are book for a 3-night in September.... to upgrade to a verandah it would be $300.00 give or take a few dollars..

We also upgraded for a family of 4 to the verandah and it was $700 more. Be sure to ask for the early seating for dinner at the time of booking. IMHO the late seating is to late for children.

If your friend is thinking of getting at least 270 points then they get the 7 day cruise as a referral. When you calculate the cost of the cruise compared to the point reduction price, the cruise is a far better deal. The least expensive 7 day cruise is like $4000. You would need to buy a lot more than 270 points before you break even.

Tell your friend to call your guide today or tomorrow though.The incentive is rumored to be going away tomorrow.

I just bought 270 points at BLT and will be doing the 7 day cruise December 2010.
