cruise documents

We are cruising on 4-day cruise leaving on 03/21/2004. We still have not received our documents from Disney Cruise Lines and I was just wondering how far out from cruise this is usually mailed out?

You should get them anywhere from one month to two weeks before your cruise.

I'm sailing on 2/28 and I still haven't received my documents. I called Disney today and I was told I would receive them by UPS anytime between 10 days and two weeks before the cruise. I am anxiously awaiting them!!

We are on the March 20, 7 day cruise and have not received our docs either. Several people on our cruise have already received their docs. We booked through DVC (Disney Vacation Club)...so maybe they do them in a certain order.
I called Disney as well and they said not to worry and to expect them 2-3 wks prior.

If you booked thru an agent, your documents are sent to the agent who then needs to forward them to you. If you booked directly thru DCL, they are sent directly to you. They are sent 4-6 weeks before sailing, closer to sailing if you booked air thur Disney.
