Hi everyone

We are going on our first cruise soon. Other than our passports, what documents do we need to board the ship? I feel like I should have a boarding ticket or something. We got our blue spiral notebook from DCL and our travel agent said we are good to go, but I wanted to check with the experts to make sure this sounds correct. I feel empty handed.

That's it with either photo id or passports depending on the cruise, - it's actually all written in that document you refer to.

The boarding card will be issued at the port on check in.

To board the ship you'll also need the Signature Form which you can print out when you check-in online. If you forget to bring it with you they'll give you one at the
Port to fill out. Bringing it with you will just save you a little time at the counter. You'll also be asked to fill out a simple health questionnaire at the counter which
will just take a moment of your time.

The website says that if you are a foreigner but a permanent resident with a green card, you'll need to bring that as well. I will have to. I am German with a Resident Alien status

Hi - I had to show the blue spiral notebook to get into the terminal at Dover last week, which I was surprised about as it only just arrived in time and I was told not to worry, and that I didn't need it. Apparently we did! As the others have said, online signature form will speed check in up, plus ID
