Cruise documents

I was wondering how far in advance do DCL send out the cruise documents?

I know you can check in online (& I will) but was wondering if we will receive our pack before we leave as we are going two weeks before the cruise?

Normally its 2-3 weeks before the sail date. In the past I contacted DCl and said I was leaving ealrier and they sent them a month in advance.

Check in online is well worth it.

Ours have always arrived 2-3 weeks before going, They might get here for August, they might not. Our last day to recieve will be on the 5th(fly 6th) cruise on the 22nd.
Can't understand why they send at all, Royal Caribbean last year just did online. Such a waste sending them.

When we went the first time i asked them to post early and they said they no longer do that. So we advised them where we would be taying prior to the cruise and had it sent there. It was at our hotel waiting for us when we checked in.

However last time i didnt bother. As waneg said its a waste really - you dont need them. We completed all our forms online and just took the reference numbers.

Thanks for the info. I will check in online so if they don't turn up before we go then no worries.

We did the online check in as well. The only thing we needed from the pack was the baggage labels, which turned out to be no good as we had been upgraded, so they were for the wrong room.
