Cruise Document Questions

I'm filling out all the documents in my travel booklet and I'm a little confused. I have a few questions:

There is a Payment Authorization form for each family member. Do I need to fill one of these out for each of us?

There is a section that asks for credit card # and authorized users. Should I put the same info on each of these forms? Does this mean that anyone in the family could use any of our KTTW cards to charge?

I guess the reason DCL does this is there can be people travelling together who are not related and will be charging on different KTTW accounts tied to different charge cards. But really, this is a clear as mud to me.

Only one charge authorization is needed per family. You list who can have charging privleges with is a little confusing as all persons will have charging authorization on their KTTW even the kids. If you do not want the kids to have charging privileges then you must go guest service once onboard and they will remove them and then their KTTW will only be a room key.
