My TA just told me that my Cruise Docs would be emailed to me. Is that true? Since I think there are luggage tags, that seems suspicious.

Of course, she also told me that she didn't think DCL transport would pick us up at the Wilderness Lodge and we'd have to go to MCO if we wanted to take it, so I'm questioning her DCL knowledge right now.

You can select email for your cruise docs when you do on-line check in and then print them later or right away, but your luggage tags will be mailed. DCL picks up at all DIS Resort Hotels.

I suspect your TA does her bookings online and doesn’t call in. If you add bus transfers online it books them from the airport. Your TA has to call on the phone to book bus transfers to or from a Disney hotel.

Luggage tags do arrive in the mail but your port arrival form that is scanned at the port is emailed. You can print it or just save it to your phone and have them scan the QR code at the port.

Sounds like your TA doesn't book a lot of Disney cruises or she would know this. The transfers can be modified by calling in and can pick up at any Walt Disney World Resort hotel.

What if you don't get your tags before time to go?
Assuming you do the bus transfers from your Disney hotel, can get them from the DCL rep that you meet in the lobby for your transfer. They have blank ones to fill in your name and room number.
