Question: how big do people usually print door magnets (never seen one in person)? I noticed the agent paper comes 5 to a pack. Could I get 2 Mickey ears per page? Is that too big? Too small?

It's really up to you. I use Staples magnet sheets.
And yes, you can fit two mickey head on the same page.
See post # 1 for re-size and printing instruction.
