We are planning a big family cruise with several staterooms. How much will the deposit be for each room. They will be Oceanview, but different numbers of people in each. I'm just curious as to whether the deposit is by stateroom, or number of passengers. Thanks. It's a 4- night cruise we are thinking of.

It's kind of both. You pay the 20% based on each cabin price once you assign passengers. It's not a flat rate by cabin even if they are the same because the number of people in the cabin determine the price. Just make sure you assign at least 2 adults to each cabin, even if you don't plan to sleep that way. The base charge is for 2 adults, so if you put 1 person in a cabin, they pay the double rate anyway. You would end up being charged for a ghost passenger.
