Cruise Confirmations through DCL website

Has any one had any luck pulling up their cruise reservation using their confirmation phone number on the DCL website if you booked through a TA? Or if you originally booked with DCL directly and then transfered to a TA?

We booked with DCL and then transfered to Costco for a lower cost. Costco said they'd mail out our new reservation with them with the updated prices, which should have the same reservation number, but it'd take 2 weeks to reach us. Being mildly paranoid, I'm trying to get a confirmation faster, but I can't pull the reservation up anymore on DCL's site, and an email to Costco travel just gets a response that they'll mail out our confirmation in 2 weeks.

If you're booked with a TA you cannot bring up your ressie on the DCL website ... you have to do everything through your TA.
