Cruise.com any info?

I just found out Cruisesinc.com is the same as cruise.com. Same phone numbers etc.

Does anyone have any info on this company, past experience, cancellation policy customer service etc. I don't need a lot of hand holding, this will be my 6th cruise, so I pretty much know the ropes, just need someone to book it and get me the documents.

Any info would be appreciated.

I have booked several cruises through them and have had great service and the best prices. I would find the lowest price through other TA's and then Cruise.com would always beat them, including Sam's Club. I have worked with Merl and she is very professional. I would highly recommend this company.

No cancellation fees for us with cruise.com, although some of the other agencies did have that type of fee. I've been pleased both with service and price. Wouldn't hesitate to use them for another booking.

and have been VERY pleased with them. They had great prices, professional people and great service AND they put a free bottle of champagne (we dont drink) and a dozen roses in our room upon embarkation the first time we booked with them. Have booked at least 8 cruises with them and have never ever been disappointed yet!!!! We got a great deal on every cruise EXCEPT the Disney in November but then Dreams helped us out there so we still got a great deal!!! I wouldnt hesistate to use them again.
