Can you please let me know when my cruise activities will appear on the navigator app? We will be sailing in December on the Dream

Do you mean the activities you have booked? They should appear as soon as you book them.

If you mean the day to day, very likely not until your embarkation day when you're connected to ship wifi.

For bookable Disney Cruise Line activities, it will be 75 days for most guests, 90 days for Silver Castaway Club guests, and 120 days for Platinum Castaway Club and Concierge Level guests. Non-bookable activities won’t show up until you connect to Disney Cruise Line WiFi onboard.

Disney Cruise Line Blog has past navigators which have been submitted to them. Do be aware that past activities are no guarantee of future activities.
