Hi I am new to the camping board been on the other boards numerous times. Next year Dec 08 our Nephews will come to the USA from Croatia and will stay with us for nearly 3 weeks we would like to show them SW and WDW we are thinking of doing the cruise america thing. We live in the Panama City so we would pick it up then and then drive down New Years Day I think it will be on a Thursday and spend the first day getting the lay of the land at FW,then the next 2 days spend at SW. What loop should I suggest? Any one rent one and what the thoughts were?

I have seen several at FW, the loops depend on what you want, closer to the Marina and boats or closer to the pool. There are maps on the Disney site.

Before I got my camper I priced out renting an RV with CA and taking it to FW. It is cost comparable to getting a cabin at the Fort by the time you pay for gas and RV rental plus FW campsite versus a cabin (especially if you catch one at a discount). Of course, it depends on how many people you have/how big an RV you need.

It can't hurt to look into it and make plans but don't be surprised if the costs come out similar. When it was close, I went with the cabin. :3dglasses
