Congratulations to all who got their documents today!! I've had mine for a few weeks and only looked at them once and I still haven't been to my parents to pick up my daughters and sons tickets either. This weekend, definitely this weekend!

Our documents arrived in Secaucus, New Jersey, this evening at 6:46 p.m. They are scheduled to arrive here tomorrow. Who knows.... if we are not home, will they leave them in the door or do we have to sign for them???

Busy, Busy, Busy. Haven't had time to post. If we don't go on the cruise soon, I think some of the surgeons from work are going to have me committed to the psy ward. Monday, I flew down the hall and nearly assualted one of the surgeons for the way he placed an ostomy stoma at surgery on a patient. I mean I had the surgeon backed against the wall and was yelling at him. I did apoligize to him today, he just laughted and said he thought I must have had to much caffeine that day. After 28 years working with the surgeons, they must all be used to me going off the deep end at times.

Fionna--- I was also wondering about Jim. I thought his appointment was on Tues. I hope everything is ok. Don't you just love those teenagers.

I got my documents a couple of weeks ago and also just looked at them one time. The UPS man left them between the storm door and front door. I didn't need to sign for them.

I actually got down a suitcase and started to pack some of the shorts in them. My room is only about 6-7 doors down from the laundry, so will make at least one trip there. I always found doing it early around 7am no one is there. I put the clothes in the washers, do my power walk and then come back to put them in the dryer. I also found that the day we are at castaway cay, the laundry isn't used much. So I tend to do a load that morning. Since we have be to CC several times, I wait till later to go on shore.

I will be doing either a power walk every morning or the treadmill. However, I'm usually doing it around 7-7:30am. Plus I really do walk fast and like to listen to my cd's. So will pass on the group walk.

The next 2 weeks will fly by as I have something going on nearly every night, plus will be away the first weekend in Oct.

Mary--- Did I understand correctly that we can just call the rental carts once we get to Key West. So we don't need to make reservations. I really need to look at everything I have packed away with the information.

Cheeseplease--- Did you already book the 10/2/04 cruise? That is the one I am looking at for next year also.

Still need to do my shirts. I did go back to Michaels to buy another XL white T shirt. I know that the one I previously bought, was not marked correctly as I found others there that are to small to be XL. Need to wash it yet, then will do all the shirts at one time.

Yes, I am headed out with Capt Bryan's tours. I think it leaves around 8:30 or so and back around lunch. I specifically decided to do this one because of the catamarans.

We can't wait. I am also going with my neighbors. I was told the catamaran holds around 50 people, but they average 25 on the outings.

Question about tipping on excursions?

How do you decide how much to tip on the excursions? if the excursions will cost around $120 for my family of 4 how much do you recommend?

ReadyForDisney2003--- I always wonder about the tipping also. Plus who do you tip as there is usually more than 1 person on the excursion. I know in Belize we did a sting ray excursion and we had the captain, 4 different guides. Some times there is a little bucket that you can put tips in and then I guess it gets divided up.

Anyway, the newest update has us without power for a LOT longer than originally expected. I'm going CRAZY!!!! Thank goodness for that generator letting me power up my laptop and stay connected (even if it is VERY limited.)

If we can only get our clothes clean and ready I'll be all set. We are planning on heading down there in 13 days so I have my fingers crossed. I guess I can get to a laundromat that has power soon enough (25% of the homes in the state that lost power still do not have power!)

Anyway, I'm trying to keep up with you all...don't post too much...

Well, I suppose it takes a bit longer for docs to get to Seattle from Florida. I hope they come tomorrow.

I took a nap this afternoon, so I'll probably be up late again, but hopefully not so long. It is kind of hot here tonight so that's not going to help.

Sorry you're still without power Sue. Yes, I'd love to do your laundry if you could just transport it across the country. Will your generator run your handy-dandy laundry transporter?

My next plastic surgery finally got approved! Of course, it's too late to do it before the cruise and I'm going to Wash DC in November, so I'm hoping to have it around Thanksgiving. We'll see.

Maybe I'll start packing away my summer clothes tonight.

We got our documents last night around 6 pm. The ups girl just tossed them on the back porch and took off. Secret project is taking about 2-21/2 hrs per item hope those that get them enjoy them. Getting late so I had better sign off. We have six clients to see tomorrow in addition to trying to do 4 more items. Mike
