Ok all these posts about problems with the logo has my head swimming. Who wants my pack of transfer paper? There are 32 sheets in it and all I need is 8 of each logo. Any volunteers to help me?

Also I still need help with attachments on my email.

Ok I have another favor to ask all of you. I need 2 AVIS coupons from the entertainment book. Does anyone have them that are not planning on using them? (It is the Free Double upgrade ones)

just booked the rooom at the hyatt yesterday for night before the cruise Mary???

When the PRINT dialog opens you will find an option "Print Inverted" or "Mirror Picture", just check this box nd everthing is inverted. Or just use any picture-editor and morror the logo befor printing it.

Dan, my friend,
I'll mail the final version of the List four times:

1: The List as a Word.doc
2: The List as an Adobe.pdf
3: The Handy-List as a Word.doc
4: The Handy-List as an Adobe.pdf

You should be able to open #2 & 4.
If not: We will touch down in Cincinnati at 310pm and depart at 420pm. If you manage to catch us while we're running through Customs and Immigrations and to our connecting flight, I can hand-deliver The List to you. But this procedure will cost you another cocktail

I know you think us Americans are dumb! LOL But see my computer crashed and now I can't open any attachments! I know it is just something simple to fix but I am not sure how to do it. Maybe my smart German friend can help?

No Dan !!! I definitely don't think that Americans are dumb. You have the same average percentage of jerks as every other country on this planet Not being able to handle a computer doesn't automatically make you dumb neither.
And being German doesn't make you smart automatically - OK, it worked in my case but believe me: We also got our part of jerks, same average as everywhere, too.
Nowadays most people use computers mainly to solve problems the wouldn't have without a computer
Check the settings of your mail account regarding attachments and perhaps reinstall Adobe Acrobat Reader which is available for free on http://www.adobe.com

DH just took our almost brand new HP printer and threw it in the trash! We have had such bad luck with those darn HP printers, I think it's time to try a different brand. And yes, he is very computer literate so it is definitely broke!

Edited: Looks like Renee' and I posted at the same time. I actually have a few of the double upgrades plus some other ones. These are in the 2003 book (not the newest book) and all expire 6/30/04.

I can understand him: My HP printer works perfectly, but last week I had to buy new ink. The cartridges (A Black and a 3-colour-combo) cost nearly as much as a new printer that printer cost about $350 three years ago. A comparable HP-printer is now available at €100-150 and I paid €80 for the bl**dy ink

For anybody having trouble printing the logos: You can also save them on a floppy or a CD and go to any Mall, where you usually find a shop doing T-shirt-prints - In professional quality.

I've got 24 mini-bottles of Apfelkorn (Apple-Schapps, for our American-friends) and a ammo-belt to carry them. Just last week I saw Pfläumchen at a local HL-Markt also packed into a very compact box together with the same belt for €9.95. Check out you local HL or Minimal. They should have it too. If you bring another box we should have enough for the sail-away-party. I assume that not everybody will drink schnapps that early, so 48 bottles should be enough

It may affect everybody from the Carolinas up to the New England States. They even call it a "Supercane" now, because it is so much stronger than a "Standard"-Hurricane
And finally: It may come right into our way when we fly over in less than 6 days

Eric, Isabel may very well be over by Friday. Latest predictions are for it to miss SC.
Ink for the printer is very expensive! Has anyone tried the "refill kit" they sell on TV?

This is Kim, Not Bettemom...

1) Mary, Your Scavenger Hunt logo's are printed and I will mail them in the am.

2) If anyone has an extra Avis upgrade coupon that they will not need I would be most appreciative to get one. We will be renting a car for the Thursday-Saturday before the cruise.
