It's the restaurant inside "the castle" in MK. You can eat breakfast, lunch or dinner there. Breakfast is with Cinderella and a few other princesses (varies). Breakfast is VERY difficult to book! You have to start calling a minute or two before 7 am exactly 90 days out to try to get this PS. It books up in minutes. If you have a six day trip and you prefer to go on your 4th or 5th day, you should still try for the first and the second, and third because there are no gaurantees you'll get it at all!!

There's also a Storybook Princess Breakfast in Norway in Epcot. It is not *quite* as difficult to get, but it can be difficult, as well.
